Mark Documents and Images as Complete

Unlike videos where you just reach the end of the video for it to be marked as complete, you have to manually mark images and documents complete.

• For images, the Mark as Complete button will be clickable after 3 seconds on the image. Click the button to mark the image as complete and update your progress.
  

• For Documents, the Mark as Complete Button becomes clickable when you scroll to the end of the document. Click the button to mark the document as complete and update your progress.
  

   

If a User views an image or document but does not mark it as complete and then manually selects another task, they will be presented with a warning dialogue asking if they wish to mark that task they are navigating away from as complete. This will only appear once per session as a reminder to the User.

How does Autoplay work with Documents and Images?

If autoplay is enabled, clicking the Mark as Complete button will trigger the Action Plan to move on to the next asset in the playlist.

If autoplay is disabled the user will stay on the selected task after marking as complete.
