Organize Tab User Interface
The Organize Tab User Interface (UI) consists of a:
1. Video Window Features
Feature | Functionality |

Play Video | Click the ![]() |

Sound control | Click and drag the white circle to the desired audio output |
Skip through Annotations | To jump from annotation to annotation you can click the ![]() |
Insert Overlays | Click the ![]() |
2. Project Summary Features

Add a Section |

Add a Playlist |

Delete a Section |
Click to select the Section that you want to delete and click |
Delete a Playlist |
Click to select the Playlist that you want to delete and click |
Duration |
Displays the Total Duration of clips with a Section or Playlist |
Clips |
Displays the number of tagged clips in each Section or Playlist |
Move Sections |
Click the Section you want to move and drag it to the new location |
Move Playlists |
Click the Playlist you want to move and drag it to the Section you want it in |
Rename Sections |
Right click the Section you want to rename. |
Rename Playlists |
Right click the Playlist you want to rename. |

Rename Playlists |
Right click the Playlist you want to rename. |
How to Adjust the size of the Video, Project Summary & Playlist Areas
- Click and drag the orange circles located to the left and bottom of the Video Window to adjust the size of each area.
Organize Tab Shortcuts
Trim Highlighted Clip in Playlist = T
Move Clip in Playlist to top = Shift Command Up Arrow
Move Clip in Playlist to bottom = Shift Command Down Arrow
New Playlist = Shift Command P
Add Flag = Control F
Home Screen = Command 0
Collapse/Expand Categories & Sections = Command Click the Triangle
