1. What is the best way to do player minutes?
The best way to do player minutes is to assign a hot-key to each member of the team. So one player would be interval 1 to start and 1 to stop (aka when they enter the game press 1 and when they exit the game press 1). See the attached screenshot. So at the start of the game, you would be pressing your 5 hotkeys for the players in the game and as they subbed out you would simply close their tag out and start new a new one for the player who just subbed in.
2. Can I Share Tag Templates
Yes, if you create a project within Vision to hold your Tag Collections and save that as "Tag Collection Template" to your desktop you can then share that project without any video to another machine via copying it over. Simply, then open that "Tag Collection Template" project on the new machine and close it. Now when you create your new working project, from the Tag Collection Template drop down menu, you can select the name "Tag Collection Template" and this will allow you to see your shortcuts, tags and categories.
3. What's the best way to share a project with another coach?
The easiest way to share an edit with another person is to simply grab the project file (likely saved to your desktop or documents folder) and add to that other person's computer (likely using a hard drive but a campus server would do the trick as well). So easy drag and drop!
4. How do I change the color of the tags in the left pane on the tag screen?
Double-click the yellow color next to your Tag and a color-picker will appear. From there choose the color you want the new tag to be.
5. Can we choose what information goes on the overlay screen?
Yes, in your Vision Preferences (Click on Vision in the top toolbar and then select Preferences). You can choose to select or deselect the Index Number, Clip Name, Tag, or Comment. You can also choose the color of the font and where the location of the overlay shows on the screen.
